Once everything is in place with all the equipment working,
ingredients in stock and staff poised, Maurice will be on the spot to
deal with any teething problems and to work alongside the team for
as long as required to ensure a smooth opening and trouble free
day to day running.

To include continued staff training in a "live" situation where
production deadlines have to be met and customers satisfied.
