Maurice
Chaplais, nationally and internationally renowned for his
bakery/delicatessen "The Flour Bag" now spends his
time assisting
others to attain their goals and dreams as a bread consultant. After running The Flour Bag for 14 years he sold-up and set-up a bakery in Boca Grande, Florida and then went on to Grenada in the West Indies where he led the design and start up of a European style bakery/
restaurant. His work as a bakery consultant has also taken him to Mexico, Bahrain, Bangalore in India, Dominica and Barbados in the West Indies and Florida.
Three years ago, Maurice opened the doors of Maison Chaplais, a top end gourmet food store, delicatessen, bakery and café in Cheltenham UK, which has been received with much acclaim by the public and press alike. Due to high demand for his services in the Caribbean and Florida, Maurice will be maintaining an office in Dominica in the West Indies, as well as Jacksonville, Florida, and Cheltenham, UK.

and thereafter offer an aftercare program keeping you informed
of
current trends and new products.
